Yearly Landscaping Care Package

Duration: 12 months, starting on the date of sign-up.


Services Included:

  1. Mowing: Our team will mow the lawn regularly to maintain its height and ensure that it looks neat and clean.
  2. Edging: We will edge the lawn and garden beds to give them a defined and polished look.
  3. Weed-eating: Our team will use specialized equipment to remove weeds from the lawn and garden beds.
  4. Blowing: We will blow off any debris or fallen leaves from the lawn and garden beds to ensure that they are clean and tidy.
  5. Trimming: Our team will trim bushes and hedges to give them a neat and tidy appearance.
  6. Weeds: We will remove any weeds that are found in the lawn or garden beds.
  7. Other Requested Services: We will also provide any additional services that are requested by the customer, such as fertilizing the lawn, mulching the garden beds, or planting new flowers.


Service Frequency Options:

  1. Weekly Service: Our team will provide the above services on a weekly basis.
  2. Bi-Weekly Service: Our team will provide the above services on a bi-weekly (every other week) basis.


Free Quote Service Walk Through:

Our team will visit the customer's property to provide a free quote and service walk through. This will allow us to assess the specific needs of the property and provide a personalized quote based on those needs.


Pricing:

The price for the Yearly Landscaping Care Package will depend on the size of the property, the specific services requested, and the chosen service frequency. Our team will provide a personalized quote based on the customer's needs.

Discounts:

  1. 20% Discount: Customers who sign up for the whole year will receive a 20% discount on the total price.
  2. 25% Discount: Customers who sign up during the month of April will receive a 25% discount on their first month's service.

  1. Regular care: By signing up for our Yearly Landscaping Care Package, customers will receive regular and consistent care for their lawn and garden.
  2. Time-saving: Our team will take care of all landscaping tasks, saving customers time and effort.
  3. Improved appearance: Regular maintenance will ensure that the lawn and garden beds look their best all year round.
  4. Customizable: The package is customizable to meet the specific needs of each customer, including the option for weekly or bi-weekly service.
  5. Free Quote Service Walk Through: Our team will visit the customer's property to provide a free quote and service walk through, ensuring that the customer receives a personalized quote based on their specific needs.
  6. Discounts: Customers can take advantage of our 20% discount for signing up for the whole year and our 25% discount for the first month of April.


Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Yearly Landscaping Care Package is a 12-month commitment.
  2. The package can be canceled at any time with 30 days' notice.
  3. Any additional requested services will be billed separately.
  4. The price of the package may be adjusted if the customer's needs change during the 12-month period.
  5. For weekly service, the service will be provided on the same day each week. For bi-weekly service, the service will be provided on the same day every other week.
  6. Discounts cannot be combined.
